Sunny Boutique offers the following Customer friendly policies:

Payment:  

We expect payment to be made within 5 days of your decision to purchase and submit your shopping cart.  We reserve the right thereafter to relist the items for sale.

Product Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original tags attached, items undamaged, in re-saleable condition and all original packaging; Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping products back. Please indicate the reason for the return.

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival please contact us immediately via e-mail at SunnyBoutique@earthlink.net to arrange a replacement.

Returns need to be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Custom-made furniture items may not be returned unless they were received damaged. Damaged items must be reported within seven days of delivery.

You may want to insure your return as we won't be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Standard Shipping:

The standard shipping cost is shown in the table below. For Hawaii and Alaska, add $2.00 and Canada add $10.00 to shipping cost outlined in the table below. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding US Government Holidays). Items will be shipped generally within 24 to 48 hours of payment being received, unless otherwise noted. Insurance is included as part of the Shipping and Handling Fee.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in additional address correction charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. This also aplies to delivery address changes during transit.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery time is estimated at 4-10 days, however it may take longer due to customs. Customs forms will be marked "merchandise" with the purchase total as the value. Please contact your local post office for information on potential customs charges you may be responsible for. Sales Tax:

We must charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. No sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to other locations.
